1. Appointment Cancellation
- Clients may cancel or reschedule an online consultation by informing us in advance via email.
- Advance notice helps us manage schedules and offer time slots to other clients.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered if a session is cancelled within a reasonable time before the scheduled appointment.
- Sessions missed without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Sessions
- Once an online session has been conducted, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
- Partial sessions or early termination of a session by the client are also non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling
- In place of a refund, clients may request to reschedule their session, subject to availability.
- Rescheduled sessions must be used within a mutually agreed timeframe.
5. Technical Issues
- If a session cannot take place due to technical issues from our side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded, as appropriate.
- If technical issues occur from the client’s side, rescheduling will be considered at our discretion.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
