After booking an online consultation:
- Session details will be shared via email
- The online meeting link or call details will be provided before the scheduled time
- Services are delivered at the agreed date and time
3. Digital Records & Communication
Any session-related communication, guidance, or documents (if applicable) are shared digitally. We do not use courier or postal services for any client information.
4. Technical Issues or Delays
In the event of internet or technical issues:
- Clients will be informed promptly
- Sessions may be rescheduled based on mutual availability
